As an affiliate of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners, all members and users of this Site are expected to ascribe to the national Code of Ethics. Professional misconduct or fraudulent activity on the Site will result in immediate termination of access and membership privileges.

All text, graphics, logos, and materials published on this Site are the property of the Planned Giving Council of the Mid-South or its content providers. You may view and print resources for personal or professional development, but commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Job Board and User Postings
Users posting opportunities on our Job Postings board are entirely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided. We reserve the right to remove any posting that is inappropriate, irrelevant, or inaccurate.
5. e-Commerce, Refunds, and Shipping Policies
- Transactions: All financial transactions for dues, sponsorships, or tickets are routed via StarPay.
- Refund Policy: All transaction refunds for events or memberships will be determined and issued strictly on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact our administrative team via the contact details provided below.
- Shipping Policy: The Council does not ship physical goods. All membership credentials, event tickets, receipts, and confirmations are delivered digitally via email.
